Associate Director, Hybrid Programs

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of hybrid entrepreneurship programs.
• Direct the design and delivery of programs, including curriculum development and program structure.
• Supervise a team of Program Managers and Coordinators, providing coaching and performance management.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Shared Services, MarComms, Data Solutions, and PMO.
• Oversee program budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements and funder expectations.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and impact.
• Cultivate relationships with internal leadership, funders, and external stakeholders to support program growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in program management, entrepreneurship programming, or a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience managing staff and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site or national programs.
• Strong skills in curriculum development, project management, and data tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in entrepreneurship, small business, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with CRM, LMS, and various program management tools.
• Experience with performance measurement and reporting in a complex organizational setting.
