Associate Director, HEOR

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary research teams and provide HEOR expertise and strategic leadership
• Manage projects including literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, and cost-effectiveness modeling
• Set project scope, strategy, timelines, and oversee quality control
• Supervise junior staff and contractors while providing mentorship
• Support business development through proposal development and client relationship management
• Lead client meetings and identify opportunities for project efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical-related field (Biology, Epidemiology, Pharmacology, Health Economics, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience managing projects and staff
• 2+ years of direct work experience in health research or health economics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc or PhD degree
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience
• Proficiency with computer programming software (e.g., VBA) or statistical packages
• Experience with EndNote
