About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive graduate recruitment marketing strategy to increase visibility and support enrollment goals.
  • Drive the implementation of an institution-wide graduate recruitment marketing plan, creating a sustainable framework for the university.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing and research agencies to guide market research and campaign asset creation.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive lead generation.
  • Manage organic marketing initiatives across web, email, and print, including SEO strategies and website user journey optimization.
  • Utilize enrollment data and market insights to inform audience segmentation, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and manage sophisticated audience segmentation and personalized communication flows within the Slate CRM system.
  • Collaborate with academic Colleges and Departments to ensure alignment with centralized marketing strategies and branding standards.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on strategic development and digital execution.
  • Proven experience utilizing CRM systems (Slate preferred) for audience segmentation and campaign execution.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Dedicated experience in higher education graduate enrollment marketing.
