Associate Director, Global Source to Pay (S2P) Process Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the end-to-end global Source to Pay (S2P) process, ensuring a coherent operating model across S2C and P2P.
• Define and evolve the global S2P process architecture, including process flows, roles, responsibilities, and embedded controls.
• Act as the global process design authority, approving or rejecting regional deviations and exceptions.
• Lead digital and AI-enabled transformation by identifying and scaling automation and AI use cases within the S2P lifecycle.
• Partner with IT, Data, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Drive the global S2P continuous improvement roadmap to eliminate structural inefficiencies and fragmentation.
• Monitor the adoption of global standards and support change management across regions and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with exposure to end-to-end S2P processes in a global environment.
• Strong practical experience in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
• Demonstrated experience designing or deploying standardized processes, frameworks, or operating models.
• Experience contributing to digital or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA, or professional procurement certification (CIPS, ISM, or equivalent).
• Experience acting as a formal process owner or design authority for enterprise-level procurement processes.
• Experience leading global procurement transformation or harmonization initiatives.
• Background operating in highly controlled, compliance-driven environments with a strong understanding of internal controls and risk management.
