Associate Director, Global Source to Pay (S2P) Process Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the end-to-end global Source to Pay (S2P) process, including Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Define and evolve the global S2P process architecture, including process flows, roles, responsibilities, and embedded controls.
• Act as the global process design authority, approving or rejecting regional deviations and exceptions.
• Lead digital and AI-enabled transformation by identifying and scaling automation and advanced analytics use cases.
• Drive the global S2P continuous improvement roadmap to eliminate structural inefficiencies and fragmentation.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Legal to resolve cross-functional design issues and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in a global or regional environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end S2P processes.
• Practical exposure to Category Management and Strategic Sourcing (RFx, supplier evaluation, and award governance).
• Experience designing or deploying standardized processes, frameworks, or operating models.
• Proven experience contributing to digital or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA, or professional procurement certification (CIPS, ISM, or equivalent).
• Experience acting as a formal process owner or design authority for enterprise-level processes.
• Background in leading global procurement transformation or harmonization initiatives.
• Experience operating in highly controlled, compliance-driven environments with a strong understanding of internal controls and risk management.
