Associate Director, Global Sales Execution

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of the GTB Sales organization by delivering actionable insights and optimizing sales performance.
• Interface with key areas in GTB and Enterprise to ensure consistent application of sales processes and performance standards.
• Manage the deployment of global sales coverage models, including portfolio creation, client assignments, and scorecards.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, product, operations, and other key departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Ensure global sales teams meet agreed-upon KPIs by providing access to globally consistent dashboards and reporting tools.
• Oversee day-to-day activities in alignment with the Bank’s risk culture, compliance, and AML/ATF/sanctions obligations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across analytics, business management, and transaction banking.
• Proven ability to lead global initiatives from strategy through to execution.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse departments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment while building scalable processes.
