Associate Director Global S2C Excellence Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all procurement activities within the Global Source-to-Contract (S2C) Excellence team.
• Manage strategic relationships with Business Stakeholders, Global Category Teams, and in-market Procurement Managers.
• Execute complex, high-value end-to-end S2C projects, including preparing sourcing events and managing supplier selection.
• Negotiate commercial terms, conditions, and contractual clauses for Master Service Agreements and Professional Service Agreements.
• Support Global Category Leaders in developing sourcing strategies to achieve category targets and savings.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to coach and advise team members, driving process simplification and standardization.
• Oversee contract administration, including execution, signatures, and proper system storage.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within a large or mature organization.
• Proven end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) experience.
• Extensive expertise in negotiation techniques and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to support the China entity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within a global matrix organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
