About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of global GP clinic segmentation to define clear priorities and ensure consistent use across regions.
- Identify core GP insights to inform a strong, cohesive Align value proposition.
- Design and develop large-scale global GP recruitment campaigns, including messaging frameworks and scalable toolkits.
- Establish Align’s extended positioning toward broader oral health within the GP market.
- Scale Lab Marketing activities for the GP channel in collaboration with regional and commercial teams.
- Optimize the onboarding journey for new GP customers by consolidating relevant content and enablement tools.
- Partner with Clinical Education and Commercial Excellence teams to align onboarding content and training milestones.
- Track and analyze performance metrics across recruitment and onboarding initiatives to refine programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in global or regional marketing roles.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, dental, or life sciences industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling global marketing or recruitment campaigns.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally in complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with professional B2B audience marketing (clinicians or GPs).
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing optimization.
- Experience working across diverse global regions and cultures.
