Associate Director, Global Commercialization Systems Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial and Medical business systems workstream for Global Markets (outside of the United States)
• Act as the interface between regional IT requests in Europe and Japan and the global Commercial and Medical Information Systems team
• Translate regional business needs into executable work in partnership with global solution teams
• Drive planning, intake coordination, and launch preparation activities for ex US markets
• Establish a repeatable and scalable operating model for global commercialization systems support
• Partner with enterprise technology partners including IT, Information Security, and R&D Systems to ensure integrated planning and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in commercial systems, medical systems, IT business partnership, or program management
• Experience supporting global or multi-regional initiatives, preferably across Europe and Asia Pacific
• Strong understanding of commercialization processes and launch readiness
• Proficiency with Commercial systems and data sources such as CRM, digital/website, and visualization platforms
• Understanding of regional data privacy and compliance regulations
• Ability to lead without direct authority in a highly matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial launches in pharma
