Associate Director for the Continuing Education and Enrichment Programs

Responsibilities

• Provide general administration and management of the Continuing Education and Enrichment Programs, ensuring curriculum consistency.
• Monitor the pastoral and formation needs of the Church and community to develop relevant curricula.
• Plan courses for each session and identify/recruit qualified faculty for recommendation to the Director.
• Support faculty with effective instruction and provide evaluations to the Director.
• Oversee student registration, monitor academic progress, conduct evaluations, and post grades via the University Banner System.
• Propose faculty and other budget items to the Director for the programs.
• Collaborate with the Director and other Associate Directors on the planning and coordination of summer sessions.

Requirements

• Terminal degree (D. Min or Ph.D.) in Pastoral Theology, Religious Studies, Religious Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated administrative competency within an educational institution or similar setting.
• Ability to provide comprehensive CV, transcripts, and contact information for at least three professional references.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced training in D. Min or Ph.D. in Pastoral Theology, Religious Studies, or Religious Education.
