Associate Director for Graduate and Online Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and admission processes for graduate and online programs to increase inquiries and enrollment.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies through outreach to community colleges, four-year institutions, and corporate partners.
• Conduct extensive travel to attend graduate fairs, community college visits, and corporate outreach events.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students via phone, email, and personal consultations.
• Assist with transfer credit evaluations, articulation agreements, and memorandums of understanding.
• Collaborate with financial aid and other campus offices to support student conversion from acceptance to enrollment.
• Report on recruitment initiatives and track metrics such as inquiries, applications, and follow-up contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or management.
• Extensive knowledge of the higher education landscape.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and social media marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and perform extensive travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience using Slate, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
