Associate Director - Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical accounting advisory services to global clients.
• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Lead technical accounting research, prepare technical memos, and advise on complex issues.
• Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards (IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS).
• Oversee financial reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Manage multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members within the ARC team.

Requirements

• Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA.
• 7-9 years of professional advisory experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.
• Deep expertise in GAAP conversion, accounting policy support, and new standard implementation.
• Strong project management and business development skills.
• Proven ability to apply independent professional judgment to complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice as required.
