Associate Director, Finance & Administration

Responsibilities

• Partner with country leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare and present forecasts, including actuals versus forecast analysis
• Manage resource planning and FTE utilization across cost centers
• Support commercial teams with P&L ownership and profitability insights
• Translate epidemiology and commercial data into financial forecasts
• Coordinate with Accounting on revenue accuracy, accruals, and reporting
• Act as a local finance liaison across Tax, Treasury, and CFO functions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) or professional finance qualification
• 5+ years of post-qualification finance experience
• Experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience supporting commercial P&Ls
• Fluency in English and the local country language
