Associate Director, Field Reporting & Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of commercial reporting and analytics solutions using enterprise tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Implement and govern AI-powered conversational analytics and automated reporting workflows to enhance decision support.
• Serve as the business owner for KPI definitions, semantic alignment, and reporting logic to ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Partner with Digital and Data teams to integrate AI tools and automation into the reporting ecosystem in a scalable manner.
• Define and manage the operating model for commercial reporting, including intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Act as a strategic partner to Field Leadership, Brand Teams, and Commercial Operations to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in commercial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency with enterprise reporting tools such as Qliksense, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data sources and semantic data models.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or digital analytics capabilities.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within or with offshore/Hub operating models.
• Deep knowledge of KPI governance and business rules frameworks within the biotech or pharma industry.
