Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Experience Strategy deliverables including audits, content inventory, and workshop materials
- Collaborate on personalization, omnichannel strategies, customer journey mapping, and implementation plans
- Support organic growth and new business initiatives
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Conduct secondary research to support white papers, case studies, and POVs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, or Digital Strategy
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing industries
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with digital collaboration tools like Miro, Mural, or Airtable
- Adept at using AI systems and frameworks
