Associate Director, Experience Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of core Experience Strategy deliverables, including audits, content inventories, and workshop materials
• Collaborate with leadership on personalization, omnichannel strategies, customer journey mapping, and implementation plans
• Support organic growth and new business initiatives
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and compelling strategic stories for clients
• Conduct secondary research to support white papers, case studies, and point-of-view materials
• Apply data-driven insights, content, and UX best practices to design optimized experiences across digital channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related field
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing industries
• Strong analytical skills with experience using customer research to inform strategic decisions
• Proficiency with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools such as Miro, Mural, or Airtable
• Adept at using AI systems and frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
