Associate Director, Evidence Synthesis

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on evidence synthesis projects including systematic literature reviews and indirect treatment comparisons
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality control activities
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and contractors
• Serve as an evidence synthesis expert for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop evidence synthesis plans and support complex analyses like meta-analyses
• Lead client meetings and support business development and proposal delivery
• Identify and implement best practices for project execution and training

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or a related medical field
• 6-7 years of direct evidence synthesis work experience in health research or market access
• Strong expertise in meta-analysis, indirect comparisons, and network meta-analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing clinical trial data or real-world evidence
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects and staff
• Proven relationship-building capabilities with clients
