Associate Director, Evidence Synthesis

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex evidence synthesis projects, including systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses.
• Provide leadership to ensure projects are underpinned by strong, defendable evidence synthesis concepts and methods.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop evidence synthesis plans and support complex analyses such as indirect treatment comparisons to support HTA submissions.
• Supervise, mentor, and delegate activities to junior staff and contractors.
• Serve as an evidence synthesis expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality reports, abstracts, posters, and presentations for clients.
• Support business development through proposal development and client relationship management.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in a medical-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, or health economics.
• 6-7 years of direct evidence synthesis experience in health research, HTA, or market access.
• Deep expertise in meta-analysis, indirect comparisons, and network meta-analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data from clinical trials and/or real-world evidence (RWE).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project and staff management.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
