Associate Director, Evidence Generation

Responsibilities

• Perform evidence gap analyses to identify key clinical and scientific questions
• Support planning, design, and execution of evidence generation initiatives including protocol reviews and operational plans
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for all initiatives
• Provide oversight of evidence generation activity, including CRO-led activities
• Translate evidence generation outputs into clear, concise, and targeted messaging
• Present data to internal and external audiences
• Collaborate with Scientific Communications for impactful dissemination of emerging evidence
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using innovative tools and AI

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in evidence generation
• Scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) or advanced science degree (MS, MPH)
• Direct experience in pharmaceutical or CRO leading disease registry planning and execution
• Experience in the rare disease space preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in clinical data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CoPilot
• Ability to work onsite in Lexington, MA five days a week
