Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-wide project governance and PMO activities
- Lead strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Establish project management standards and frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
- Ensure successful delivery of key organizational projects
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in PMO, project management, or transformation roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
