About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor global and U.S. EHS&S regulatory requirements, including laws, permits, and external standards.
  • Interpret regulatory language and translate requirements into actionable expectations for the business.
  • Oversee U.S. EHS&S regulatory compliance and coordinate timely, accurate regulatory reporting.
  • Assess the operational, technical, and business impact of regulatory changes.
  • Lead the development and execution of implementation plans to ensure compliance is embedded into procedures and management systems.
  • Support audit readiness, including internal audits, regulatory inspections, and external assessments.
  • Manage the investigation and remediation of regulatory non-conformances and CAPAs.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen regulatory compliance processes through continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, EHS, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS&S experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and implementation of standards-driven change.
  • Experience working in site or multi-site operational environments.
  • Experience working within a structured EHS&S Management System.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting audits, inspections, and CAPA management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs, Legal, or Paralegal roles.
