About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition to achieve yearly targets
- Lead and manage a team of driven sales representatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Meet with clients to identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Generate and qualify new leads, managing them through the entire sales lifecycle to closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track performance, scope, and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple business units to execute high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- 8-12 years of end-to-end sales experience
- Proven experience in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domains
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and drive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
