About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and own the end-to-end upmarket marketing motion for North America, designing a 0-to-1 enterprise marketing playbook.
- Design, launch, and scale an ABM program across priority upmarket accounts using advanced segmentation and multi-channel orchestration.
- Build and own a tiered event and field marketing portfolio, ranging from flagship industry events to curated executive programs like CFO Roundtables.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales and SDR leadership to orchestrate pipeline motions, including SDR cadences and lead-routing strategies.
- Own enterprise pipeline and revenue targets, defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure program impact and ROI.
- Act as a senior cross-functional leader to codify best practices and scale successful enterprise motions globally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically within enterprise or upmarket segments at high-growth SaaS, fintech, or payments companies.
- Proven 0-to-1 upmarket mastery with direct accountability for driving pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Deep, hands-on experience architecting and running multi-channel ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.
- Strong track record of designing and executing tiered field and event marketing portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales and SDR teams to align on shared pipeline and conversion goals.
- High analytical and operational rigor with proficiency in Salesforce and marketing performance data.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a global fintech or financial infrastructure environment navigating complex buyer groups (CFO, Treasury, etc.).
- Prior ownership of executive communities or advisory programs such as customer advisory boards.
- Demonstrated success integrating ABM, field, and lifecycle marketing into a cohesive account-centric strategy.
- Fluency with modern marketing stacks, including Demandbase, Marketo, and event management tools.
