About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define, govern, and evolve the end-to-end supply chain planning framework across demand, supply, inventory, and network planning.
  • Act as the owner of the end-to-end planning framework, including demand planning, production planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Design and govern the monthly global S&OP cycle to ensure it serves as a true decision-making forum.
  • Establish global process standards, decision rights, and accountability models (SIPOC, RACI, SOPs).
  • Lead scenario planning and translate complex outcomes into executive-ready decision packages.
  • Design a global planning performance management framework using KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, and inventory health.
  • Serve as the business process owner for planning capabilities within ERP and advanced planning platforms.
  • Partner with IT to translate business requirements into system design principles and configuration guidance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of digital program experience with substantial responsibility for planning, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Experience with planning and execution platforms such as SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as APICS/CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
