Associate Director - ELV

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale building services projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately nine professionals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Oversee the design, analysis, and review of complex structural systems and ELV solutions.
• Lead digital transformation through system optimization and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit, Revizto, ACC, and BIM 360.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of building systems and provide expert recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, technical presentations, and bids to support new project acquisition.
• Manage engagement with global resources, including UAE and EC teams, to optimize project utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in the Electrical/ELV field.
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven experience with ELV design on vertical projects.
