Associate Director, DTA PMO

Responsibilities

• Manage the Digital Technology AI (DTA) Project Management Office to prioritize demand and identify cross-portfolio dependencies.
• Develop and implement Project/Program/Product Management methodologies, policies, and standards.
• Operate a Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) model through strategic partners and vendors.
• Establish, measure, and track project and portfolio metrics to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional resource allocations and prioritize IT initiatives in support of business goals.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks, including budget variance, scope creep, and operational impacts.
• Serve as the technical and business owner for Planview.
• Coordinate the project portion of the IT Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Computer Science, Engineering, or Science degree.
• 12+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Professional Project Management Qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Portfolio Management tools such as Planview PPM.
• Thorough understanding of GxP, FDA, and international requirements for computer validation (Part 11 / Annex 11).
• Deep knowledge of industry guidance including GAMP 5, PMI, and SDLC.
• Experience working within the IT function of the Pharmaceutical industry.
