Associate Director - Digital Solutions Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Co-create the Quality digital, data, and AI strategy in partnership with the function
• Define the future-state capability model and an outcome-based roadmap
• Identify and scale high-value use cases across core Quality processes
• Own the end-to-end solution vision across core Quality platforms and digital capabilities
• Provide platform and product direction including roadmaps, lifecycle, and AI readiness
• Ensure solutions are scalable, interoperable, and audit-ready
• Drive adoption of Quality data models, analytics, and insights
• Champion advanced analytics and responsible AI for regulated use cases
• Ensure AI/automation and digital solutions meet compliance expectations (GxP/21 CFR Part 11)
• Represent Quality priorities in governance forums
• Support audits and inspections while improving control and validation approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years leading digital and technology solutions in regulated Quality environments
• Demonstrated experience owning digital, data, or platform strategy
• Strong understanding of Quality systems and compliance expectations
• Experience enabling analytics, automation, or AI in regulated environments
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• High proficiency in the practical use of AI and automation at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Quality platforms such as Trackwise or MasterControl
• Experience with enterprise data platforms like SAP, Power BI, or Databricks
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery and product-based models
• Experience shaping AI governance and data integrity models
• Global, matrixed operating experience
