Associate Director, Digital Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with clients for marketplace intelligence, negotiation, and partnership needs
• Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, and Comms Design teams to ensure alignment with client KPIs
• Oversee partnership plan development, recommendation, and implementation
• Provide performance assessments and professional goal guidance to the team
• Recommend partner selection using data and analytics to deliver strategic value
• Provide partnership support for new business pitches
• Assist with aggregate negotiations across digital media channels

Requirements

• Proven ability to maintain relationships with senior-level clients and vendors
• Demonstrated ability to develop digital marketing communication and media strategy plans
• Experience in project management from conception to completion
• Knowledge of online planning and research tools
• Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology such as DoubleClick DART or Atlas DMT
• Understanding of marketing, advertising, media concepts, and budget requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Programmatic experience and familiarity with DMPs
• Working knowledge of research tools like comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, or eMarketer
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
