Associate Director, Digital Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor digital media partnership strategies and plans for clients
• Direct communication with clients regarding marketplace intelligence, negotiation, and partnership needs
• Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, and Comms Design teams to ensure alignment with client KPIs
• Oversee partnership plan development, recommendation, and implementation
• Provide performance assessments and professional goal guidance to the team
• Provide partner selection recommendations using data and analytics
• Support various New Business pitches
• Assist with aggregate negotiations across all digital media channels

Requirements

• Proven ability to maintain relationships with senior-level clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Demonstrated ability to develop digital marketing communication plans and media strategies
• Experience in project management from conception to completion
• Knowledge of online planning and research tools
• Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology such as Double Click DART or Atlas DMT
• Understanding of marketing, advertising, media concepts, and budget requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Programmatic experience and experience working with a DMP
• Working knowledge of third-party research tools like comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, or eMarketer
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
