Associate Director, Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Set goals for artists and projects, building out timelines, content, and activations to achieve those objectives
• Secure artist and partner buy-in to execute creative ideas and activations
• Oversee social media platform optimization and delivery logistics
• Collaborate on creative brainstorms to deliver custom digital marketing ideas based on music culture, brands, and influencers
• Manage multiple social accounts with millions of followers, overseeing activity and growth
• Deliver high-level creative content ranging from custom videos and memes to Snapchat lenses

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience running digital campaigns for rap artists and projects (label experience preferred)
• Deep and thorough knowledge of the modern rap genre and scene, including its history
• Experience working with staff from social platforms and music streaming sites
• Ability to work both normal business hours and music events at night
