Associate Director Digital Consultant – Systems, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into practical digital solutions
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of PMIS systems for large PMOs
• Design and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau
• Develop system configuration approaches, technical documentation, and implementation plans
• Influence client ways of working to align operational processes with system capabilities
• Provide technical training, coaching, and user adoption support to client teams
• Support integration of project, cost, schedule, and asset data into reporting suites
• Contribute technical input to business development and bid responses

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital systems and data-driven delivery within capital projects
• Proven experience delivering client-facing digital or data-enabled change
• Proficiency with PMIS environments (e.g., Procore, Kahua, Unifier)
• Experience with dashboarding and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience managing SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Query
• Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline
• Chartered or equivalent professional qualification
