About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Own and manage client strategy while planning key campaign efficiencies
- Identify opportunities to further support clients and deepen existing relationships
- Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Plan accounts and identify growth opportunities in close collaboration with the Account Director
- Lead the development and coaching of team members
- Set clear goals and objectives to help the team progress and flourish
Requirements
- Proven experience in client strategy management
- Expertise in campaign efficiency planning and budget management
- Strong background in account growth planning
- Demonstrated ability in team development and coaching
- Experience working within digital performance or media disciplines
