Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for large-scale Data Engineering programs
• Architect and drive execution of modern data platforms including data pipelines, cloud migrations, and lakehouse implementations
• Own end-to-end delivery governance across multiple engagements
• Act as a senior escalation point for clients
• Provide technical and delivery leadership to teams building enterprise-grade data engineering solutions
• Partner with architecture teams to guide platform decisions and technology selection
• Manage resource planning, margin management, and organizational design

Requirements

• 15-18 years of experience in Project Delivery, Client Engagement, or Data Engineering Delivery Management
• Strong hands-on exposure to Data Engineering tools and cloud data platforms
• Proven experience in Analytics, Consulting, or IT Services managing complex project execution
• Experience handling US/Global client escalations
• Ability to manage multiple project teams and mentor Delivery/Engineering Managers
