About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor providing pragmatic and commercially focused privacy guidance across various departments.
  • Draft and negotiate data-share agreements with artists, distribution clients, and ticketing partners.
  • Review and draft data protection provisions in vendor agreements and negotiate longform Data Privacy & InfoSec riders.
  • Lead M&A due diligence, including reviewing data provisions in sales agreements and managing post-acquisition integration.
  • Support Product Design & Engineering teams with the onboarding of new tools and conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA).
  • Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and advise on CRM data rights, including deletion and unsubscribe requests.
  • Provide guidance on marketing campaigns, contest data ingestion, and transparency requirements.
  • Support litigation efforts related to cookie claims and requests from authorities for personal data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years PQE (Post Qualified Experience).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven work ethic.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with internal clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and good judgment.
