Associate Director, Data Management & Visualization

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data and visualization processes including collection, aggregation, QA, and processing
• Manage new business setup including systems, processes, and data flow design
• Execute large-scale data migration projects
• Define and ensure adoption of consistent campaign naming structures
• Integrate outside datasets into analytics workflows
• Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity
• Manage a high-functioning team of managers and analysts
• Engage with senior clients and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data solutions

Requirements

• Understanding of end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, and BI tools
• Experience with visualization and dashboard creation (Tableau preferred)
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or KNIME
• Database experience, preferably with Snowflake
• Understanding of taxonomy creation and execution
• Proven experience managing multiple team members
• Knowledge of media platforms including CM360, DSPs, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics
• Experience with Tableau Prep
• Strong presentation development and delivery skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
