Associate Director - Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Spearhead analytical projects that align with stakeholder needs across Marketing, Product, and Partner Services.
• Lead initiatives such as predictive modeling for customer demand and customer segmentation for personalized service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Guide the data analytics team in defining business problems, extracting data, and presenting findings through compelling visualizations.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career growth.
• Ensure timely, error-free delivery of analytical outputs to enhance organizational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting and querying data from large databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a highly multicultural and international environment.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
