About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior client success leader driving strategic account outcomes and strengthening enterprise relationships within the Broker Market Segment.
  • Execute and maintain strategic account plans in close partnership with the sales team to retain and grow revenue.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by developing a deep understanding of client business priorities and operations.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships across all levels of client organizations, including senior executives and end users.
  • Lead client projects such as model evaluations, workflow best practices, and API integrations.
  • Manage application and model onboarding, adoption, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions and client training plans in coordination with product and support teams.
  • Represent Moody’s at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of client-facing experience in re/insurance, catastrophe management, risk management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in strategic account management and project management.
  • Strong ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences through engaging presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work effectively under pressure and coordinate across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in responsible AI practices.
