Associate Director - Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Lead commissions and ensure service delivery aligns with company standards
• Manage financial performance, margins, and monthly financial reports
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and priority plans
• Implement and maintain Business Management Systems (BMS)
• Advise clients on contracting and procurement strategies
• Support program-level capital planning and reporting
• Identify business development and cross-selling opportunities
• Support proposal development and RFP responses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a cost management role within construction
• Subject matter expertise in Quantity Surveying
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Engineering
• Prior experience in a construction consultancy environment
• RICS certification or equivalent professional accreditation
