About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead commissions and ensure service delivery aligns with company standards
- Manage financial performance, margins, and monthly financial reports
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and priority plans
- Implement and maintain Business Management Systems (BMS)
- Advise clients on contracting and procurement strategies
- Support program-level capital planning and reporting
- Identify business development and cross-selling opportunities
- Support proposal development and RFP responses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a cost management role within construction
- Subject matter expertise in Quantity Surveying
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Engineering
- Prior experience in a construction consultancy environment
- RICS certification or equivalent professional accreditation
