About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cost management services for large-scale data center construction projects
- Manage client relationships and lead internal teams
- Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management
- Coordinate with contractors, owners, and stakeholders
- Act as primary contact for reporting commercial and cost status
- Mentor and develop team members
- Track financial performance, including margins and forecasting
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor KPIs
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and RFP responses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in cost management within large-scale construction
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-project programs
- Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree
- Experience in data center or mission-critical construction
- Consultancy experience
- RICS certification or equivalent
