Associate Director - Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management teams and ensure delivery across complex construction programs
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all stages of commercial real estate projects
• Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management for fit-out, refurbishment, and ground-up developments
• Act as the primary point of contact for reporting on the overall commercial status of projects
• Manage financial performance, including margins, fee forecasts, and resource planning
• Identify and pursue business development and cross-selling opportunities
• Mentor and coach talent to realize their potential and grow high-performing teams
• Advise clients on contracting and procurement strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry
• Experience with commercial real estate projects
• Strong foundation in quantity surveying practices
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering
• Construction consultancy experience
• RICS certification or working toward accreditation
• Experience supporting projects across multiple sectors
