Associate Director, Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic projects, formulating recommendations and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Work with senior management to define goals through the annual strategic planning process.
• Develop actionable business and operational action plans to drive implementation.
• Participate in articulating the corporate strategy through compelling narratives for executive audiences and the board of directors.
• Support M&A activities by profiling target companies for acquisitions, joint ventures, and alliance partnerships.
• Conduct scenario planning, case studies, and financial modeling to strengthen strategic decision-making.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify market shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including financial analysis, M&A modeling and execution, or strategic planning.
• Proven ability to drive projects with significant strategic impact and influence senior leaders.
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to derive key insights and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level presentations.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of financial data industries and markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or interacting with a publicly listed company with global operations.
• Knowledge of the application of AI to financial services and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing technology-focused strategies.
