Associate Director - Corporate Occupier

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management commissions for high profile clients in the occupier fit out team
• Manage end to end service delivery for projects valued between £20m and £80m
• Establish project success criteria including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
• Lead on compliance for quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Lead project planning, resource procurement, and cross-functional team facilitation
• Advise on project finances, contract administration, and claims resolution
• Manage project information flow and prepare formal progress reports
• Lead business development efforts and manage small teams

Requirements

• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
• Experience in a Senior Management position
• Membership in a professional body such as RICS, APM, or CIOB
• Experience delivering CAT A and CAT B office projects
• Proven track record leading teams on schemes exceeding 60,000 sqft
• Experience working with leading consultancies
