About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Management commissions for high profile clients in the occupier fit out team
- Manage end to end service delivery for projects valued between £20m and £80m
- Establish project success criteria including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
- Lead on compliance for quality, safety, health, and environment issues
- Establish project governance, processes, and systems
- Lead project planning, resource procurement, and cross-functional team facilitation
- Advise on project finances, contract administration, and claims resolution
- Manage project information flow and prepare formal progress reports
- Lead business development efforts and manage small teams
Requirements
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
- Experience in a Senior Management position
- Membership in a professional body such as RICS, APM, or CIOB
- Experience delivering CAT A and CAT B office projects
- Proven track record leading teams on schemes exceeding 60,000 sqft
- Experience working with leading consultancies
