Associate Director-Consulting Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic bridge between Commercial, Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive customer value.
• Lead customer engagement by developing foundational relationships and understanding business priorities.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with Sales teams to create joint business plans and growth opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of work including product adoption, support programs, and value realization.
• Orchestrate delivery for complex customer accounts, ensuring operational health and solution alignment.
• Act as a thought leader and advisor to resolve customer solution-related queries.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in the FMCG, Service, or Retail industry.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven project management and influencing skills within a matrix organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong logical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect data insights to specific customer business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience in retail-specific solutions (sales analytics, demand management, or brand health).
• Knowledge of analytical tools, platforms, and the data monetization lifecycle.
• Familiarity with RMS products and processes.
