Associate Director - Construction Controls Performance Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the Authority's Capital Baseline, including technical supporting documents and data systems
• Forecast functional unit assumptions for the Program baseline
• Collate data across Authority functions and projects
• Monitor changes against Capital Baseline and develop executive dashboards
• Maintain records of month-on-month movements in scope, EAC, and schedule
• Manage the development and implementation of the Program WBS and WBS dictionary
• Drive performance improvements by reviewing baseline processes and data
• Collaborate with business units to support value engineering and cost mitigation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or finance
• 6+ years of project management experience in the transit and mobility industry
• Expertise in project management principles, data management, and cost control
• Experience in liaison and collaboration with departmental and external stakeholders
• Proven track record in leading reporting, controls, and baseline management methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and MBA certifications
• Experience with Agile project management and Lean processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Data Analytics tools such as PowerBI
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6
• Proficiency in Visio and professional graphics software
