Associate Director, Consolidation and Reporting

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group
• Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate results
• Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements
• Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
• Prepare the consolidated annual report ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Provide strategic input and guidance as the senior point of contact for consolidation and reporting
• Coach and work alongside a team of approximately 5 accounting professionals

Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial reporting with an international scope
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• Audit background preferred
• Familiarity with ESRS/CSRD is a plus
• CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dutch or German
