Associate Director, Compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead the field-facing compliance strategy and program for Commercial and Medical field organizations
• Serve as the lead compliance business partner for Sales, Marketing, MSLs, and Reimbursement teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with field activities and commercialization
• Own the strategy, design, and governance of field compliance training programs
• Lead the development and governance of policies, SOPs, and standards impacting field activities
• Oversee field-related auditing and monitoring activities and develop CAPAs
• Maintain expert knowledge of healthcare laws including FDA, CMS, OIG, DOJ, and PhRMA Code

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 12 years of healthcare compliance, legal, or regulatory pharmaceutical experience
• Significant experience supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs in biopharma
• Proven experience developing compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification
• Oncology or specialty pharmaceutical experience
• Experience with product launches and indication expansions
• Experience in a commercial-stage biotechnology company
• Strong project leadership and change management capabilities
