Associate Director, Compliance & Ethics

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the annual Compliance & Ethics monitoring and auditing plan
• Oversee monitoring and auditing activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Act as subject matter expert on transparency, aggregate-spend, and reporting requirements
• Facilitate data collection and generation of transparency reports for applicable authorities
• Support compliance and enterprise risk assessments, root cause analyses, and risk mitigation planning
• Provide leadership to maintain a strong culture of compliance and ethics across the organization

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent
• 8+ years in compliance, ethics, audit, or related roles within biotech/pharma
• Strong experience with transparency and aggregate spend reporting
• Experience developing and executing compliance and ethics monitoring and auditing plans
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, or Cognos
• Ability to travel up to 20%
