About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the annual Compliance & Ethics monitoring and auditing plan
- Oversee monitoring and auditing activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Act as subject matter expert on transparency, aggregate-spend, and reporting requirements
- Facilitate data collection and generation of transparency reports for applicable authorities
- Support compliance and enterprise risk assessments, root cause analyses, and risk mitigation planning
- Provide leadership to maintain a strong culture of compliance and ethics across the organization
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent
- 8+ years in compliance, ethics, audit, or related roles within biotech/pharma
- Strong experience with transparency and aggregate spend reporting
- Experience developing and executing compliance and ethics monitoring and auditing plans
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, or Cognos
- Ability to travel up to 20%
