Associate Director Clinical Research, Country Feasibility Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level clinical research feasibility activities, including site identification and recruitment modeling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for feasibility-related questions within South Korea.
• Coordinate site-level feasibility activities by identifying and connecting with potential investigators using company systems.
• Review and consolidate local site lists by utilizing global intelligence and collaborating with Medical Affairs.
• Provide country-specific input for early recruitment modeling and scenario planning.
• Support the site selection process post-feasibility based on collected feedback.
• Line manage dedicated staff, such as Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Clinical Study Administrators (CSAs), including resource planning and performance management.
• Participate in the Global Country Feasibility Network to share updates and lessons learned.

Requirements

• BSc degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in clinical research.
• Proven experience in Feasibility Management.
• Valid GCP certification.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local/international regulations.
• Fluency in both Korean and English.
