Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead seamless day-to-day operations of campaign delivery
• Mentor, train, and develop team members through career pathing and goal setting
• Deliver accurate pricing plans and track budgets and spends
• Identify process gaps and tailor workflows for efficiency
• Act as a consultative advisor to clients using creator economy expertise
• Develop client relationships and identify new commercial opportunities
• Work with measurement teams to implement media strategies and reporting plans
• Present work to existing and prospective clients in an engaging way
• Serve as a point of escalation for dispute resolution and objection handling

Requirements

• 6+ years of agency or brand experience
• Proven track record of program delivery and account growth with large accounts
• Experience managing and motivating a team
• Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of the creator economy and social media advertising ecosystem
• Native or near-native fluency in German (verbal and written)
