About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior clients to develop annual strategies and drive business growth
- Manage client retention, growth, and high-level relationship satisfaction
- Lead new business pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Forecast, monitor, and reconcile client revenue, profitability, and out-of-pocket funds
- Manage scope, SOWs, and commercial agreements in partnership with legal teams
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase organic revenue
- Collaborate with craft teams to deliver high-standard strategic work
- Manage direct reports and support their professional growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an agency environment servicing clients
- Experience managing large client social AORs and agency teams
- Experience managing complex campaigns, retainers, and budgets
- Proficiency in both brand and conversion/direct-response campaigns
- Strong delegation and project coordination skills
- Advanced problem-solving and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work East Coast business hours
